Youth Tobacco Surveillance — United States, 2000

The November 2, 2001, issue of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) Surveillance Summary contains a report titled, "Youth Tobacco Surveillance — United States, 2000." The report  provides clear evidence that teenage tobacco use continues to be a major public health problem in the United States.
