"Kicking Tobacco Out Of Sports"

This year’s World No-Tobacco Day theme is "Tobacco-Free Sports!"

Help celebrate World No Tobacco Day on June 1st

Your team can be part of the fun by participating in these activities!

1. Join us for the Minnesota Thunder vs. Calgary Storm men’s soccer game

  • June 1, 2002, 7:30 p.m. at the National Sports Center in Blaine, Minnesota.

  • Receive your free Minnesota Thunder Team poster at the game!

  • Call the Thunder Ticket Office at (763) 785-3668 to purchase your team tickets to the June 1st game at the World No Tobacco Day discount rate.

2. Have your team sign the Tobacco-Free Team Pledge. To enter the drawing to win autographed Minnesota Thunder Posters and free tickets to a future Minnesota Thunder game, submit copies of the signed pledges & the prize entry form. (Go to www.mnthunder.com* www.ansrmn.org for pledges and entry forms). 
Deadline for entries is May 10, 2002.

Teams who pledge to be tobacco-free will be recognized at the June 1st game!
