Minors' Access to Tobacco Products

Minimum age for sale: 18
Illegal for minors to Purchase: No      Possess: Yes       Use: Yes
Restrictions on Vending Machines: Vending machines must be located where minors cannot access them and must be supervised. For vending machines located in bars or in restaurants, machines must be supervised.
Signage: Signs required on premises.
Licensure: Retail license and vending machine license required.
Penalties: Any person who sells to a minor will be given a verbal warning and fined $25. Revocation/suspension of license for violation.
