Interagency Committee on Smoking & Health

The Interagency Committee on Smoking and Health (ICSH) was established on April 19, 1985, to coordinate Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) research, educational programs, and other smoking and health efforts with similar activities of other federal, state, local, and private agencies.
