Information about the NSF Division of Chemistry

Approximately 20 Ph.D. chemists staff the Division of Chemistry and serve as Program Officers. Program Officers have primary responsibility for soliciting reviews, interpreting the reviews, and making funding recommendations. The Division of Chemistry also has a support staff to help with proposal handling, business functions, website development and computer applications.
