FPRS Basics

This section details the concepts used for both Construction/Upgrade and Operations Reports in FPRS. In particular, the topics discussed are two types of reports used in the system, the reporting workflow, the estimates and actuals reporting cycles and the actions that can occur in each cycle, and the email notifications used by the system.
