Member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Board of Contract Appeals Judges Association. Associate, Arnold and Cate, Atlanta, Georgia 1966-1968; Instructor, Gordon College, Barnesville, Georgia, 1968-1969; Assistant District Counsel, Savannah District, Corps of Engineers, 1971-1991; Principal Senior Assistant District Counsel, Savannah District, Corps of Engineers, 1991-1998. Instructor, Corps of Engineers Contract Law course, 1989-1998. Recipient, George Wolfe Koonce Award for Outstanding Corps of Engineers Attorney, 1997.
