DRAFT TAG is to help VETS staff understand the grant process and to manage VETS
grants efficiently. Further, it too will provide potential grantees with a
better understanding of the VETS Grant procedures for submission of a grant.
This DRAFT TAG is function oriented and intended to assist any VETS staff
carrying out the functions of the GOTR or GOTRs assistant regardless of
job titles.
