Managing Project Managers
Specialty Course
This course is designed to meet the needs of executives charged with managing large groups of project managers to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. It provides participants with important concepts and skills required to successfully manage project managers as well as a portfolio of projects. The course focuses on portfolio management, strategic project planning and leadership skills required to support a dynamic and successful project environment. Major topics include creating a healthy project culture as well as portfolio management, strategic project planning, financial and risk analysis, reporting and communication systems. Participants are requested to bring their portfolio of projects to class in order to gain the most benefit from in class activities.
