The instructions for the annual Certification and Verification of the TROR has been mailed to your agency CFO and sent to the preparers via e-mail. The combined Certification/Verification for FY 2004 will be due to FMS on December 15, 2004. Attached is a copy of the form and the instructions. Please call your agency representative if you have any questions.
The new section items (3a, 3b and 3c) to capture Debt Disposition information have been added to the TROR report, Part II: Section D. These changes will be effective for the 4th quarter TROR reporting, scheduled from October 15, 2004 to November 15, 2004. Please see the Section D tutorial.
The Instructional Workbook for Preparing the Report on Receivables Due from the Public has been posted on the FMS web site at Documentation, in the section entitled "Report on Receivables Due from the Public". In addition, the revised report template has been placed on the web page under Report Template, Sample Report and Definitions.
