Ambassador Jendayi Frazer visited the Eastern Cape Province on October 20-21 to review U.S.-funded health projects in Umtata and Lusikisiki and to launch the U.S.-supported Phidisa Clinical Research Project at 14 SAI, Battalion in Umtata
