of this new law. This applies to facilities that report Risk Management Plans under
the Clean Air Act Section 112(r).

The EPCRA Questions and Answers are now in two straight ASCII text files to facilitate
viewing them online, printing them, and incorporating them into your own documents. You
can also use your Internet browser to search within the document for questions containing
specific words. In both files, the questions are listed in the order in which they were
answered by EPA.

of Compliance Programs. Since OSHA's PSM program is so closely related to EPA's RMP program,

and chronological listing of what is essentially OSHA's equivalent of CEPPO's Q and As.
