Mission:
Participates with the Administrator in establishing policies for the overall planning and administration of Agency programs. Conducts key assignments for the total Agency and serves as an extension of the Office of Administrator in representing ARS to cooperators and other parties engaged in programs of mutual interest to the Agency. Administrative Management consist of the Personnel Division, Financial Managment Division,Contracting and Assistance Division, Facilities Division, and the Information Systems and Technology Division.
