Education
USAID’s goals are to increase enrollment, improve the quality of primary and
secondary education, ensure classrooms have sufficient supplies, facilitate community
involvement, train teachers, implement accelerated learning programs,
and establish partnerships between U.S. and Iraqi colleges and universities.
