Final Action Completed on Omnibus Appropriations for FY03
 Congressional leaders reached agreement on the FY 2003 Omnibus Appropriations Act, a spending bill to fund much of the Federal government for the fiscal year that began last October. The NSF appropriation would be more than $5.3 billion.
