GSA offers fuel and potable water tanker trucks and tanker trailers under a multi-vendor program. The tanker multi-vendor program consists of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts for a contract period ending December 31, 2005. The program has a wide selection of standard and optional equipment with 17 line items to choose from. Tanker types include:

• Type I - bulk haul is used to transport fuel from point to point by use of a single compartment.
• Type II - fuel servicing allows for distribution of products by use of a single compartment.
• Type III - fuel servicing allows the capability to transport and pump two products with the same vehicle by use of dual compartments.
• Type IV - is built exclusively for refueling aircraft. Tanker and trailer units are available with up to a 5,000 gallon capacity.

Ordering Procedures:

Agencies can submit requirements to GSA and let GSA determine which item to order based on the best value.  Or, agencies can contact the vendors listed below to gather information and obtain pricing on items listed on contract and then submit their order to GSA using a GSA Form 1781.
