Contact GSA early when planning bus purchases. GSA can greatly simplify the technical aspects of determining an agency’s requirements and the procurement process. The buses covered under these contracts not only meet the National Standards for School Buses, and the Altoona Testing criteria required for non-school buses, but must meet the demanding requirements of the applicable Interim Bus Standards developed by GSA.
