IQUIQUE, Chile -- A New Mexico Air National Guardsman signals an F-16 Fighting Falcon to stop after a Salitre 2004 exercise mission. Salitre 2004 is a multinational air combat training exercise taking place through Oct. 8 here at Los Condores Air Base. Air forces from Chile, Argentina and Brazil are joining more than 100 U.S. Airmen for the exercise.
