Legislative Analysis

This team is responsible for establishing FHWA legislative operations, with an emphasis on the planning and implementation of the Congressional aspects of the development and delivery of major legislation. The team advises Federal Highway Administration leadership and staff on Congressional perspectives, and effective communication practices to establish and maintain productive working relationships the U.S. Congress and the Department of Transportation.
