The Office of the General Counsel provides service to the Foundation in the areas of litigation support and adjudication of claims. OGC has authority to represent the agency before arbitration tribunals in various employment and labor relations matters and in other administrative fora. We also represent the agency, along with the U.S. Department of Justice, in judicial and administrative fora providing coordination, fact-finding, discovery support for DOJ, as well as drafting and reviewing legal briefs and other pleadings for each phase of litigation arising from an NSF activity within our substantive areas of expertise.

The materials on this website do not constitute legal advice. You should consult with an OGC attorney before acting on or convey to anyone outside NSF any interpretation of these materials. For details, see our disclaimer.
