Secretary’s
Plan for

Governance
released
in September
2001. The
second
edition
describes
the integrated
approach
we are
taking
to develop
and implement
cost-effective
solutions
for the
entire
agency,
and to
create
synergies
in the
way we
pursue
the five
PMA components.
