If you need assistance regarding
your account, or additional information about the TSP, the following sources
are available:
|
Your Agency or Service |
While you are employed, your
agency or service is your primary TSP contact. It provides you with
TSP forms and informational materials and answer your questions about the
TSP. Your agency or service also processes your enrollment, and sends your
contribution and loan payments (if applicable) to the TSP each pay period. |
|
|
ThriftLine |
The ThriftLine is the TSP's automated telephone service, available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from a touch-tone telephone. You can use the
ThriftLine to find out the latest information about the TSP (such as share
prices and rates of return), as well as information about your TSP account.
You can also request certain transactions (you will need your Social
Security number and your TSP PIN). The features of the ThriftLine are
described on the Web/ThriftLine card. |
|
|
TSP Service Office |
The TSP Service Office is the
primary contact for participants who have left Federal service. It
also handles loans, contribution allocations, interfund transfers,
designations of beneficiaries, and withdrawals for all participants. |
