The TSP forms are for Federal civilian employees only.  (If you are a member of the uniformed services, download your TSP forms from Forms & Publications for Uniformed Services.)

There are two ways to view or print these TSP documents.

Unless specified otherwise, the TSP forms and publications available on this Web site are in Adobe Acrobat format.  If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat, you can obtain a free copy by clicking on the Acrobat icon .

Printing Instructions

If you are printing copies of forms that you will be submitting to the TSP Service Office, follow these instructions:

• Print these forms on white paper.  Colored paper may prevent forms from being read properly, which may delay fulfilling your request.
   
• To print a form, select a form by clicking on it.  Select File from the menu at the top of  your computer screen and then select Print.  Once a dialog box appears, de-select (uncheck) the "Shrink oversized pages to paper size."  Then click OK.  (Adobe Acrobat shrinks an oversized PDF form to fit the page when it prints.  TSP scanning equipment that is used to read the form cannot read this smaller image.)
