Document Accessibility Statement

Bobby Approved (v 3.1)

FedStats is committed to making every web page on its World Wide Web server accessible to all possible audiences, including the visually impaired, those with limited mobility, and those who are working with slower computers, browsers and modems.

All of the documents on the FedStats website are in HTML format, specifically designed to insure maximum accessibility. Our site complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and we have implemented Section 508 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 which requires that Federal agencies' electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities, including employees and members of the public. Finally, each page on our website has passed the Bobby test of accessibility.

FedStats uses link and search capabilities to help you navigate publicly available statistics from over 100 Federal agencies. Our statement on accessibility described here does not necessarily apply to those sites. We suggest contacting these sites directly for their positions on accessibility.
