Bill and Lori Arnold celebrate the return of the yellow capsule made famous during the July 2002 rescue of nine Pennsylvania coal miners. The Arnolds, pictured with MSHA Assistant Secretary Dave Lauriski, right, own the dairy farm in Somerset, Pa., that became the site of one of the most memorable rescues in the history of mining. MSHA transferred the capsule to the museum run by the Quecreek Mine Rescue Foundation and housed on the Arnold property.
