	How to use information in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format

To view the materials in .pdf format you need an Acrobat reader or "plug-in" loaded with your browser. We use this format because it is frequently available from previous applications and allows you to read the document on-line, or view, print, and cut-and-paste text after it's downloaded. Documents at this web site that are in .pdf format are identified with the

icon. Copies of Acrobat can be downloaded at no charge from the Adobe web site. Click here to check if you have the Adobe Acrobat Plug-in loaded on your computer (Netscape only).

Steps to download and use .pdf files: Check that you have already installed Adobe Acrobat Reader on your hard drive (Natescape only). If not, click the "GET ACROBAT" button above and follow the steps to download this application.

Choose the report or a section of the document you want to download. You may need to specify where to save the file on your hard drive

When the downloading process is completed, the Adobe Acrobat Reader application will open and you can read this and any other document in .pdf format.
