OSM Seal Administrative Record

The Administrative Record Room contains the official files of public comments, meeting transcripts, Federal Register submissions and publications, and other material supporting OSM initial and permanent program rulemaking activity. Supporting documentation includes documents prepared in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, the Regulatory Flexibility Act, and various Executive Orders governing the rulemaking process. The administrative record for State Regulatory Programs are located in the various OSM Field Offices.
