5. This conversion chart is designed to serve as

The Commission's Rules can be found in Title 17, Ch. 1 of the Code of Federal
Regulations. To access the CFTC Rules, you will leave the CFTC website and visit the
Government Printing Office Access website. Final rules adopted by the Commission also are
available in the Federal Register.

- Exemptive, No-Action & Interpretive
Letters
Summaries of letters published from 1995 to present. The
CFTC issues written guidance concerning the Commodity Exchange Act and the
Commission's regulations, principally in the form of responses to requests for
exemptive, no-action and interpretive letters.
