Washington, D.C. -- U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Janice Lachance will participate with officials from several cabinet departments in a discussion of 21st century human resource management initiatives on Wednesday, April 22.
The panel of top Clinton Administration officials will convene during Reinvention Revolution III: America @ Our Best, a conference sponsored by the Vice President’s National Partnership for Reinventing Government. Panel participants will make the case for implementing reinvention labs and pilot human resource programs to make future agency operations run more efficiently and deliver improved customer service.
Panel participants will include OPM Director Lachance; Edward DeSeve, Acting Deputy Director, Office of Management and Budget; Richard Rominger, Deputy Secretary, Agriculture Department; Elizabeth Moler, Deputy Secretary, Energy Department; and, Defense Undersecretary William Lynn.
