This

data and budget information for programs assessed by the PART, as well
as the template used to report on the implementation of PART recommendations.
Agencies are required to submit current performance targets for programs
previously assessed by the PART but not re-assessed this year. In addition,
agencies must submit budget information for all programs assessed by the
PART. For further information on these requirements, please see OMB

The attached
spreadsheet provides the format for reporting on PART recommendations
that is cited in Deputy Director Clay Johnson's memo
to Heads of Department and Agencies of July 16, 2003. The first two
sections are filled in with sample entries. Separate spreadsheets should
be completed for each program which was reviewed with a PART.
