Questions about the operation of the TRI Program may be directed to 202-566-0250 or an E-mail may be sent to tri.us@epa.gov. EPA Regional Contacts

This list provides the name, address, and telephone number of the TRI Coordinator in each of the ten EPA Regions across the U.S. EPA Regional Coordinators often work closely with reporting facilities in their area, providing training and outreach, assistance in completing forms, and conducting enforcement action when necessary to ensure timely, accurate reporting by facilities subject to TRI. EPA Regional Coordinators also assist individuals, public interest groups, the media and others in acquiring and understanding TRI data.

State TRI Program Officials

The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) requires reporting facilities to submit copies of TRI reports to the state in which the facility is located, in addition to the U.S. EPA. As a result, every state has designated someone to coordinate TRI activities in their area. State programs range from some that actively implement the TRI Program and provide public access to TRI data to less active programs whose scope is more limited. To find out more about the Program in your state, contact the state TRI coordinator directly
