Model Performance Evaluation Program (MPEP)
In 1986, the Model Performance Evaluation Program was implemented to evaluate laboratories performing tests to detect human immunodeficiency virus type 1 antibody (
HIV-1 Ab
).
Objectives:

develop methods for evaluating quality in laboratory testing systems
