Bread Pudding – Hawaiian Style
Ingredients Directions

3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup 2% milk
10–12 slices bread, cubed
2 cans (20oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. cinnamon

  • Mix all ingredients together, except bread.
  • Fold in bread gently.
  • Pour into 2 quart unbuttered casserole dish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Serves 8-10.
  • Top with raisins for a more festive touch.
