WATER TEST METHODS

EPA's Office of Water has taken the initiative to provide its methods and guidance documents on CD-ROM. It contains more than 330 drinking water and wastewater methods and guidance from over 50 EPA documents, including: Methods for Chemical Analysis of Water and Wastes (MCAWW) Revised March 1983; Metals, Inorganic and Organic Substances in Environmental Samples; 40 CFR Part 136 Appendix A, B, C & D; Series 500, 600 and 1600 methods; and Whole Effluent Toxicity Methods. A powerful search engine provides searching by method number, analyte name or keywords in the text. All text, tables, diagrams, flowcharts and figures are included. Electronically jump from the Table of Contents to documents of interest. Look up chemicals on the Analyte List and electronically jump to recommended methods.
