Abstract:
Several inadvertent errors were made in the process of preparing the signature package for the proposed Rule to Reduce Interstate Transport of Fine Particulate Matter and Ozone (Interstate Air Quality Rule). Most of these errors were identified in a December 24, 2003 memorandum. A few additional corrections are listed in this memorandum
