This is a detailed emission inventory for internal combustion engines in support of the NOx SIP Call. It reflects technical corrections announced in "Technical Amendment to the Finding of Significant Contribution and Rulemaking for Certain States for Purposes of Reducing Regional Transport of Ozone" which was published in the Federal Register on March 2, 2000 (65 FR 11222).
