Abstract:
The EPA is issuing direct final amendments to the NESHAP for new and existing coke oven batteries for parametric operating limits and associated compliance provisions for capture systems used to control emissions from pushing, and the requirements for mobile scrubber cars that capture emissions which occur during pushing and travel. This file is the text of the direct final amendments.
