Abstract:
On February 18, 2003, the EPA promulgated amendments to the NESHAP for chemical recovery combustion sources at kraft, soda, sulfite, and stand-alone semichemical pulp mills. Today's amendments correct several cross-references in order to be consistent with the text shifts made in the earlier amendments.
