Abstract:
On July 29, 2004, EPA proposed the first in a series of emissions reduction requirements known as residual risk standards intended to reduce health risks remaining after a category of industrial sources has fully implemented MACT standards for toxic air pollutants. This proposal applies to coke oven batteries where coal is converted to coke. This file is the text of the proposed rule.
