Abstract:
This action proposes amendments to appendix C to 40 CFR part 63 to add a non-speciated test procedure to the batch test procedures for use in demonstrating compliance with wastewater rules that regulate VOC, such as the SOCMI wastewater NSPS. Appendix C defines the procedures for an owner or operator of a facility that generates wastewater to calculate the site-specific fraction of organic compounds biodegraded (Fbio) in a biological treatment unit. This file is the text of the amendments.
