Abstract:
The EPA is finalizing a rule to stay the effectiveness of the combustion turbines NESHAP for new sources in the lean premix gas-fired turbines and diffusion flame gas-fired turbines subcategories, which are the two principal subcategories we are proposing to delist. This action is necessary to avoid wasteful and unwarranted expenditures on installation of emission controls which will not be required if these subcategories are delisted. This file is the text of the final rule stay.
