Abstract:
On December 12, 2003, EPA signed final amendments to two final rules that limit emissions of toxics air pollutants and volatile organic compounds from gasoline distribution facilities. The final amendments apply to bulk terminals that store and transfer gasoline. The final amendments clarify requirements, reduce reporting and recordkeeping requirements, and reduce compliance testing costs. The final amendments do not change control levels or compromise the environmental protection provided by the rules. This file is the text of the final rule amendments.
