Announcements

The EPA has extended the public comment period on the Utility Mercury Reductions Rule (Clean Air Mercury Rule) proposed on January 30, 2004, and on the supplemental notice published on March 16, 2004. The public comment period will now end on Tuesday, June 29, 2004. Please address your written comments to the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA Docket Center (EPA/DC), Air and Radiation Docket, Mail Code 6102T, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20460. E-mail comments may be sent to the A-and-R-Docket@epamail.epa.gov. Be certain to mention Docket#OAR-2002-0056 in your comment.
