Managing a staff of approximately 170 people, the Director of the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division (CAED) is responsible for the major enforcement programs (air, RCRA, and water) in Region 6 (TX, OK, AR, LA, and NM). This critical and high profile position, located in Dallas, TX, reports directly to the Regional Administrator and works closely with the Regional Counsel and the Criminal Investigations Division. The primary objective of the CAED is to assure that facilities comply with environmental law and to assist them in doing so.
