Abstract:
EPA prepared the natural visibility conditions document to provide guidance to the States in implementing the reginal haze program under the Clean Air Act. As part of the program, States will develop goals for improving visibility in each mandatory Federal Class I area. Estimates of natural visibility conditions are needed by the States for the goal development process.
