Social Security and other Federal Benefits
Questions about Social Security, Civil Service, Veterans', or Railroad Retiree benefits are answered afternoons from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Social Security checks are distributed on the 10th and 11th of every month, or the next business day, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the consular section.
Please note that the consular section will only be open on the second and last Friday of each month for emergencies.
