Bell and Howell	Formerly University Microfilms, houses dissertation abstracts.
The Collection of Computer Science Bibliographies	Over 990,000 references in 1200 different bibliographies of scientific literature in computer science from various sources, covering most aspects (primarily technical) of computer science.
European Union's CORDIS	Search the EU databases for reports and articles, including those related to IT.
