Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Carol M. Browner will address Syracuse University’s College of Engineering and Computer Science at the opening ceremonies for the new Environmental Systems Laboratory Complex at 2 p.m. on October 16. Administrator Browner will highlight the greatest environmental and public health challenges facing the next Administration and all Americans in the 21st century. There will be a press availability in the Small Chapel following the event. The details of the event are:
