EPA ADMINISTRATOR BROWNER TO ADDRESS SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY’SCOLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND COMPUTER SCIENCE ON FUTURE PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGESFOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY: OCTOBER 16, 2000 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Carol M. Browner will address Syracuse University’s College of Engineering and Computer Science at the opening ceremonies for the new Environmental Systems Laboratory Complex at 2 p.m. on October 16.
