Browner will address the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 1997 at 12:00 p.m. Browner will mark the 25th anniversary of the Clean Water Act -- one of the nation’s most successful pieces of environmental legislation -- and the progress made in protecting Florida’s vital water resources.
