U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the 1997 Socially Responsible Business Awards Conference at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Md., on Saturday, Sept. 20, 1997, at 9 a.m. Browner will discuss health and environmental impacts of global warming and the Clinton Administration’s efforts to protect public health and the environment through common sense, cost effective market-based solutions and technologies to curb global warming.
